April 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The main themes of the project are focused on raising European awareness of the realities and possibilities for more inclusive society in the anti-discrimination youth projects with marginalised groups, against social exclusion.<\/p>\n<p>This project is about fundraising from different sources, some of them being European level ones. We will be exploring different European level (Community) funding programmes available for social inclusion acceptance of diversity projects.<\/p>\n<p>Through this project, we would like to raise awareness of youth workers about different European programmes related to EU social policies and how efficient networking with other similar organisations throughout Europe can increase quality, impact and sustainability of their work for more inclusive society.<\/p>\n<h2>OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT ARE:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>To allow for exchange of practices among youth workers from different countries\/communities on various aspects and perceptions of marginalisation and inclusion, different insights and perceptions about youth work with marginalised groups and values in those work<\/li>\n<li>To motivate and empower youth workers for active promotion of combating social exclusion in their activities by respecting values and principles of European youth work for inclusion\/diversity and proposed solutions and recommendations for challenges in their project management and fundraising<\/li>\n<li>To empower youth workers and inspire their innovation and creativity in fundraising and grant application writing for working with marginalised groups, and thus through their work encourage quality exchange between mainstream young people and the ones from marginalised groups<\/li>\n<li>To explore different possible sources of funding for youth work on inclusion (available and through different offline and online tools) and inspire potential approaches of our organisations partners towards possible donours that they have not approached before this project<\/li>\n<li>To empower youth workers in understanding and using Erasmus+ and other EU Programmes for their youth work for inclusion and developing their skills in grant application writing for working with marginalised groups within the programmes<\/li>\n<li>To develop more projects and activities, on local level and within the Erasmus+ and other EU programmes, that are aimed at raising young people&#8217;s awareness of everyone\u2019s responsibility in tackling discrimination and marginalisation as well as at promoting the acceptance of diversity and inclusion of groups with fewer opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Training course will be held in \u00a0Mali Idjos, from 21<sup>st<\/sup> 29<sup>th<\/sup> April 2018. Project will gather 30 participants, trainers and staff from 9 organisations from 9 countries (Germany, Serbia, Croatia, Italy, FYR Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo* and Sweden).<\/p>\n<p>The course is based on pedagogical understanding of Council of Europe and European Commission Partnership Programme and our own experience and expertise in project management and youth work for interreligious dialogue, inclusion and intercultural learning\/acceptance. The course will follow the non-formal education approach, principles and methods and will be based on participants\u2019 experience and exchange.<\/p>\n<p>The language of the training course will be<strong>\u00a0English.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>PARTICIPANTS SHOULD FULFIL THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Age above 18<\/li>\n<li>to be active youth workers \/ coordinators in our organisations<\/li>\n<li>active in work with marginalised groups in our communities<\/li>\n<li>willing to take more active role in organisational management and development of fundraising strategy and procedures<\/li>\n<li>able to participate the whole duration of the training course<\/li>\n<li>able to communicate and follow discussions and presentations in English language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>TRAVEL AND VISA COSTS REIMBURSEMENT<\/h2>\n<p>Travel costs will be reimbursed only for the cheapest way of transport and preferably for the return tickets. Travel expenses are covered by the organizers\u00a0<strong>100% up to the maximum allowance per distance calculator and means of travel<\/strong>\u00a0(for all the original tickets and ways of travel that are plane, bus, train or ferry,\u00a0<strong>NOT taxi<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>NOT car<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Participants must keep all travel documents (tickets, travel agency invoices and boarding passes) as organizers are able to make any reimbursement only on the bases of presented documents!<\/p>\n<p>The travel reimbursement will not be done on the spot, but\u00a0<strong>after\u00a0<\/strong>the return of the participants to their homes and after they send the\u00a0<strong>ORIGINAL<\/strong>\u00a0tickets and boarding passes to the organisers (and also after they fill in \/ submit \/ send us the evaluation forms from of the training course). When you are buying a ticket, ask for additional bill as well, if possible!<\/p>\n<p><u>Please don\u2019t buy your tickets before we approve them<\/u>! When you will plan your trip and\u00a0<strong>BEFORE<\/strong>\u00a0buying your tickets, especially if your planned travel itineraries are different than\u00a0<strong>21<sup>st<\/sup>-29<sup>th<\/sup> April 2018<\/strong>,\u00a0<u>please inform us in advance, so we can approve your tickets and travel costs<\/u>. Also, if you travel from elsewhere than your town and country, please, inform us, so we need to approve it as well. Thanks a lot in advance!<\/p>\n<p>When planning your trip have in mind that there are some cheap flights to Belgrade airport, but you can also travel to Budapest airport as well, and from there take a minibus or train to Novi Sad.<\/p>\n<p>We expect participants to arrive to the place of venue no later than 19:30 hrs on the\u00a021<sup>st<\/sup> April 2018, so please do plan your flights accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>For additional information, please be free to contact organizers.
